Something special about Oranges in Summer...Did you know that in the summer months perfectly ripe Oranges, while still hanging on the tree can start to once again show shades of green color? In the world of citrus farming it is called "re-greening". Simply stated, the warm daytime temperatures may cause reabsorption of chlorophyll back into the skin of the orange, causing the partial green color to occur. However, rest assured; in no way does it affect the deliciously sweet, tangy flavor!

We ordered a 20 lb box of Valencia's and the service and orange quality was impeccable as usual (we order from them regularly).
This was our first time eating Valencia's - they are quite juicy but not as flavorful as the navel oranges. So we are excited for navel orange season to begin.

I had sent her oranges last spring for her birthday, and she said those were the best she ever had. These were fresh and delicious but the Cara?? got the #1 spot.

Great Oranges, Great Service, Great Outfit!
I have ordered from them at least once a year for the past 5 or so years. Always good product, always as promised, and GREAT tasting! When I have called with questions, they have been responsive and I have had REAL conversations with REAL people! My only issue, and no ding on Pearsons, is Shipping. Shipping is as high as the Oranges - or more. I can usually find 'decent' oranges locally in MD at a much lower final price...still LOVE the real deal!

The oranges arrived in good time and were made into orange thyme jam or fresh squeezed orange juice. Only wish they were grown organic as I had to buy organic oranges to have the required zested orange rind for the jam. Otherwise, the jam was excellent as well as the orange juice.

We love your wonderful California Valencia Oranges! They have a wonderful sweet taste and are easy to peel. Many of the oranges have no seeds and those that have seeds have only a few seeds. Lemons were great. Shipping was an issue, first it didn’t go out on time due to weather and then fedx left box outside an open gate on a long driveway. As a result recipient didn’t know it was there until much later.
