Refund Policy
We will make every effort to make your order of fresh citrus right, but in the event a refund is in order, please read the following policy items below:
Due to the product being fresh produce we can not accept returns! If you need a refund please call us first, and do not return the fruit in ours or any other box!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your refund, we may request photos of the items that you were not satisfied with in order to determine what the problem may have been with your order. We can not be held responsible for fruit that was improperly stored in conditions that are either too hot or too cold or in an unsafe location where damage can occur from boxes being crushed, dropped or otherwise mishandled.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
We know that in most cases, there will be only a percentage of the fruit that may have gone bad during transit. Therefore, we will most likely either ask if you would like us to reship the portion of the fruit that may have gone bad during transit or refund you the same portion of missing or damaged fruit.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mail@pearsonranch.com.
Gifts: If you ordered an item as a gift and inserted the wrong address, we're sorry but we are not responsible for wrong addresses or addresses missing suite, space or apartment numbers and consequently no refund will be offered.

Excellent kaffir/makrut limes, the best in the USA
I live in Texas and have been buying kaffir/makrut limes from Pearson Ranch for several years. I use all parts of this specialty citrus a lot in my cooking. I am an Indonesian-French woman gourmet who loves fine exotic flavors. Their fruits are absolutely superb and very flavorful. They always arrive in great condition and I appreciate that the packaging is environmentally-friendly. This is my go-to source for specialty citrus and I don't intend to change. For those curious about Pearson Ranch and their products. Read on: I stumbled across Pearson while searching for fresh Etrog/citron for an homemade fruitcake from a 100+ year old recipe. And that fruitcake calls for citrus juices and peels of lemon and orange along with candied citron. Needless to say, I purchased all the aforementioned ingredients. Thanks to Pearson’s produce, my cakes have gone to the next level. I have become a Pearson citrus junkie and purchase 30lbs of Navels to share with my friends and coworkers while they are in season.
