Refund policy

Your satisfaction is always guaranteed when ordering products from Pearson Ranch! We will always try to reasonably do everything we can to make your order right. NOTE: Due to our products being fresh produce, please DO NOT RETURN items (we do not accept returned fruit)! We will replace your order if there is a problem, or if you aren't happy with the product, or If you prefer your money will be refunded for any pieces of fruit that aren't right. ALSO: please take pictures immediately of any bad fruit in order for us to determine what may have gone wrong in transit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our facility, we have NO control of how they are handled by 3rd party carriers.
