Refund Policy

We will make every effort to make your order of fresh citrus right, but in the event a refund is in order, please read the following policy terms below:

If you there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 48 HRS!  

Due to the product being fresh produce, we CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! If you need a refund please call us first at 559-784-9000 (M-F 9am-5pm Pacific Time), and please… do not return the fruit in ours or any other box as we will NOT accept delivery!

To complete your refund, we will request photos of the box the fruit arrived in as well as the items that you were not satisfied with in order to determine what the problem may have been with your order. We can not be held responsible for fruit that was improperly stored in conditions that are either too hot or too cold or in an unsafe location where damage can occur from boxes being crushed, dropped or otherwise mishandled.

Seeds in the fruit:  We cannot control Mother Nature, and ALL CITRUS FRUITS MAY CONTAIN SEEDS! In fact, some varieties of citrus  (ie, Calamondins, Yuzu, Seville Oranges etc.) may have SEVERAL seeds!! This is NOT a defect and therefore not a legitimate cause or condition for a refund, NO EXCEPTIONS!

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

We know that in most cases, there will be only a percentage of the fruit that may have gone bad during transit. Therefore, we will most likely either ask if you would like us to reship the portion of the fruit that may have gone bad during transit or refund you the same portion of missing or damaged fruit.

Seeds in the fruit: ALL CITRUS FRUITS MAY CONTAIN SEEDS and some varieties of citrus  (ie, Calamondins, Yuzu, Seville Oranges etc.) may have SEVERAL seeds!! This is not a defect and not a legitimate cause or condition for a refund, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts:
If you ordered an item as a gift and inserted the wrong address, we’re sorry but we are not responsible for wrong addresses or addresses missing suite, space or apartment numbers and consequently no refund will be offered.
