How to use Buddhas have a very thick rind, and in fact is mostly just rind with very small amounts of flesh inside. Buddha’s Hand Citron is both juiceless and for the most part contains no seeds. However, you can use the Buddha Hand in both food and drink recipes where regular orange or lemon peel or zest is called for. Buddhas are perfect when candied, and the entire hand can be made into a delicious marmalade. The aroma is both very distinct and exotic, which makes for quite the conversation starter.
Buddha’s hand is not bitter, which makes it the perfect citron to candy. The zest is used to flavor savory dishes or teas, and the entire fruit to make marmalade.

We were happy to receive the shipment before the weekend so that the fruit didnot set for days in a truck warehouse. There were about 6 that were **** inside, but understandable due to the winter weather.

Future Buddaha Hand Vodka
First time seeing it outside of a botanic garden. The aroma is more floral than a lemon and it tastes very nice. Much of it is currently becoming flavored vodka being marinated in V One Vodka that is produced by a local aquintance.

I have to say buddah is AMAZING!!!! The unique taste to smell combo is absoluty elite. the firsr 2 bites taste like a house key dipped in lemon juice, yet a hint of maple. 4000/10 recomend buddah to everyone

The grapefruit were sweet and delicious eaten andaqueezed for juice. They looked fine, better than I expected for the "Choice" variety.
