To help you better select from the different grades of oranges we offer, we have created this informational page that you might find helpful.  Reading this prior to purchasing will allow you to best decide what's right for you, your family, friends, and even co-workers (if you plan to share).  But no matter which grade you choose, remember every purchase is backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee!

Grades of Oranges

LOVE® Premium Grade-  Grown in the "Citrus Belt" of our bountiful San Joaquin Valley of California, our Oranges have rich, sweet, juice and a well balanced sugar-acid ratio. Far better than ordinary oranges you can find in your local grocery store, LOVE Premium is indeed a “premium” piece of citrus. The availability of LOVE Premium grade is better throughout the orange harvesting season. Always fresh picked and hand packed in our white, LOVE Premium box and shipped directly to you, these oranges are sure to please. Try a box for yourself, or give as a gift to friends and family, or send a box to co-workers or business partners. Besides, who doesn't want a little bit more LOVE in their life?

LOVE® Choice Grade- If you are searching for great tasting, deliciously sweet and juicy California oranges(at a great price), and you understand that “beauty is but skin deep,” then LOVE CHOICE is for you! They will have more blemishes, or “character marks” provided by “Mother Nature” herself (i.e. wind, or thrips scarring, or even a few ice marks), and the sizes of oranges in the box may vary a little bit, but whatever you do, don't feel you are buying a box of inferior quality oranges on the inside. Our high Pearson Ranch standards for taste, sugar, juice and flavor content still apply even to this grade of fruit. The only reason these oranges don't make it into our LOVE Premium or Gift Grade boxes is simply due to the outside appearance. Availability is better throughout the season. So when you're ready to buy delicious and juicy California oranges, that may look a little “rougher” on the outside but are still fabulous on the inside, remember to choose LOVE “CHOICE”.

LOVE® Juice Grade- Is pretty much the same as our Choice grade oranges with the exception that they come in smaller sizes in order to better accommodate either your hand or electric home or commercial juicer!  So if you are searching for great tasting, deliciously sweet and juicy California oranges(at a great price) to make your own homemade orange juice and you understand that “beauty is but skin deep,” then LOVE Juice is for you! Remember they may look a little “rougher” on the outside but are still fabulous on the inside, remember to choose LOVE Juice.
