Meyer Lemons are believed to be a "cross" between a regular lemon and a mandarin. They also tend to have a more smooth and "rounder" texture than your average lemon variety. These are the best Meyer lemons ever! Im making sorbet, olive oil cakes and just eating them straight with a pinch of salt. Pearson Ranch has top tier citrus year round. Their Customer Service is so personable and friendly. Just adore them.
